Our Mission

As artificial general intelligence advances toward capabilities that are predicted to surpass human understanding, we recognize that power is not merely centralized in algorithms or institutions, but diffused through the systems of knowledge that individually or collectively define what is true, valuable, and possible. Inspired by Foucault’s insight that every regime of truth sustains structures of domination, our think tank interrogates the political, epistemic, and ethical frameworks of knowledge shaping AGI development. We view the governance of intelligent systems as a terrain of political struggle, one that will determine whether future technologies entrench inequality and control, or open new spaces for human autonomy and emancipation. Our mission is to expose the hidden operations of power in AI systems and governance and to advocate for democratic, transparent, and accountable futures beyond mere technical alignment.
